Encare, LLC is Jackson, Tennessee’s most trusted home care solutions provider. For years, we’ve helped families and individual clients find suitable home care programs for their comfort and continuity of health at home. We also assist doctors and medical professionals arrange for post-hospitalization care that will reduce the chances of the client’s re-admission.
Clients are scheduled for a home care needs assessment prior to the start of service. This ensures that the care services we provide are attuned to their unique personal care requirements. Our staff will also coordinate with the client’s physician and will develop a care schedule that will effectively respond to the health management needs set by the medical professional.
